When you visit us at Island Time Sailing you will find some of the most amazing crew to be found anywhere! Our locally based crew is all smiles when it comes to meeting our guests and thought you might like to know a little bit more about them as well.

The Island Time Captains

Captain Clay

Captain Clay has been a lifetime resident here in Panama City Beach. He has been a licensed Captain for almost 30 years. He enjoys all water sports, traveling, Costa Rican rum and Friday Tuna at Patches.

Captain Heath

A Massachusetts native, Heath has 10+ years captains experience on PCB, St. Thomas, & the Bahamas! He enjoys spear fishing, snowboarding, and being a Dad!

Captain Tristan

A Panama City Beach native, Tristan has worked on the water for 7 years. He enjoys kitesurfing, and anything to do with Jeeps! Fun fact about Tristan: he is a registered nurse and is engaged to his favorite lady.

The Island Time Deckhands / Bartenders

Shane

Shane is from Panama City, Florida and has been working on the water for 3 years. He enjoys working out and lifts 6 days a week. Fun fact: Shane has a new tattoo! 

Sarah

Sarah is from Southside, Alabama and has worked beach service for 3 years. This is her first summer working on a boat! She loves Bushwhackers, long runs on the beach, and baby dolphins. Sarah’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family and fiancé on the beach. Fun fact: She’s getting married in October! 

Olivia

Olivia is a Panama City, Florida native who has been on the water for 3 years. She is a professional soccer player AND a marine mammal expert! Olivia loves working on Island Time with her two younger sisters, Grace and Audra.

Grace

Grace is from Panama City, Florida and has been on the water with Island Time for 5 years. She enjoys being on the water & working with her two sisters, spending time with her doggie “Fynn” and deep sea fishing. Grace just recently got engaged to her best friend.

Audra

Audra calls Panama City, Florida home and has been working on the water for 2 years. Audra just completed her first year at Troy University. She enjoys working on the boat with her two older sisters, Grace and Olivia.

Savana

Savana is from Prattville, Alabama and has been on the water for 4 years. She enjoys finding new sea creatures and her favorite drink is the Rum Punch. Fun fact: she just graduated college with TWO degrees!

Jonathan

Jonathan calls Panama City, Florida home and has been on the water for 4 years. In his free time when he’s not working he enjoys anything on the water.

Luke

Luke is still trying to decide what he wants to say, but we CAN tell you he is an awesome crew member that likes to have fun!
